Our History

Incorporated as Avocet Property Owners Association (POA) in 1993, Avocet is a residential neighborhood comprised of 218 homes in the city of Peachtree Corners, Georgia in Gwinnett County. The POA is run by a Board of Directors (BOD) that is elected at the Annual Meeting of Members each year, and whose duties and responsibilities are set forth in the Association documents - the Articles of Incorporation, the By-Laws, and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.
